Attached please find records from Public Service in connection. There are
two maps of the septic alteration design available. The maps can be
duplicated for a fee of $5.00 each. Please advise if you would like the
maps duplicate.
Attached are three well permits for this property. This is for
Construction, Land Use and Engineering. There are no records for the
Planning and Zoning Boards.
