Hi there! It appears there was a later survey done, it looks like in 2005? They had put in a pool since the survey you posted here. Do you have the more updated one? I have a poorly scanned version of the updated one that I can barely read :(

Please see the response I received below from the Building Dept regarding you question:

"That is the most recent survey we have on file. I have found an earlier plot plan from 1998 that shows a pool but no addition that was installed after the pool. I am attaching that, however this may not be accurate."
