Dear Middlesex County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form.
Records requested:
Wetlands delineations/maps, surveys, survey maps, permitted/allowed uses, & deed, for Monroe Township Block 20 Lot 21.08 ( Federal Road) in respect to the deed of easement between owner and Middlesex County in 2011 for agriculture retention & development program.
