This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide us with a property survey for 333 Eleanor Rd, Forked River. Also, any open and closed permits for the house since 1994 specifically the fence permit and the attached garage permit and any violations on the house. Thank you.
