Please provide the latest survey for 1329-1333 Pacific Ave the city has on file.
Also, provide the latest as built drawings & site plan the city has on file

from the Construction Division and the Department of Planning &
Development:
• Construction Division: Please be advised, the Construction Division
has no surveys or as built drawings for 1329-1333 Pacific Avenue.
• Department of Planning & Development: A search was conducted which did
not yield to a responsive record. Also, the property is located in the
Tourism District which is under the jurisdiction of the Casino
Reinvestment Development Authority (CRDA). You may wish to contact
CRDA for zoning records. For your convenience, the link to CRDA’s OPRA
