Please be advised that this firm has been retained by Citizens United Reciprocal Exchange (CURE) with regard to a motor vehicle accident which occurred on March 11, 2026 at approximately 21:07 p.m. Wherein our insured’s vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident with another vehicle (Case No.: 26NC02255). According to the police report (which can be provided upon request), the reporting officer was Police Officer, S. Kim, Badge #35140. CURE respectfully requests that you maintain the video/surveillance footage that was uploaded in the initial narrative (as mentioned in the police report) and that same be provided to CURE. Please advise if there is any cost associated with obtaining this video. Failure to preserve this evidence may result in a court action seeking damages.
