Dear Paramus Board of Education,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:

I hereby request any and all surveilance video from Stony Lane Elementary School captured on March 14, 2023 that depicts an encounter with Mr. Marshall (school principal) and student, J.D.P., 8 years old, 3rd grade (my son). Please provide same in its native form including audio.
