Surety Bonds, Risk Management Policy Holder, and Notice of Claim Forms

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. Detailed information about the Risk Management Company/Insurer that holds the Surety Bonds for each Public Official on the Holmdel Board of Education.
2. The standard "Notice of Claim Form" used by the Holmdel Board of Education for citizens to file claims against individuals violating their Oath of Office.
3. The complete "Oath of Office" as stated by, agreed to, and contracted with the Holmdel/NJ citizens upon taking office by each Board Member and Superintendent.

Item #1 is not an appropriate form of OPRA request because it is a general
request for information and does not identify a specific record
sought. However, if you are asking for the identity of the insurance
carrier, the Holmdel Township Board of Education's Public Official Bonds
are written with Selective Insurance Company of America, 40 Wantage
Avenue, Branchville, New Jersey 07890.
Item #2 - There is no record responsive to this request as the district
does not have a Notice of Claim Form.
