According to your response on December 1st, 2022 in regards to the Superintendents contract, you stated that Rocco Feldhann does receive a separate stipend as well as hourly wages. You are not complying with the information being requested and just got caught lying. Please provide the stipend amounts in which both individuals do in fact receive. According to resolution #2022-246 there is a salary increase for the superintendent and Foreman positions. How much are they receiving?

Still waiting for the requested information. A previous OPRA response was that there is a stipend, and the response to this request is a lie saying there isn't. A prompt answer is greatly appreciated so that no escalation is necessary.

Dear Haledon Borough,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Haledon Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Superintendent and Foreman stipend'.
The information being requested has been lied about and now ignored. A previous response to an OPRA was that there is a stipend and a response to this OPRA is that the individuals do not receive one. The Foreman must be compensated more for holding that title, as well as superintendent. That is what is being requested. The amount paid, not their hourly wages.

We apologize you feel this way, it was information we understood that it is a salary not a stipend, It has been brought to our attention that they do receive a stipend according to our salary ordinance.
Our superintendent stipend, $28,979.00
Our Forman $24,735.00

Please be advised after further investigation it has been determined that both positions Forman and CPWM positions are salary positions not stipend as per our Salary resolution.
