Dear Ocean Gate Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Copies and records (records to include notes, pictures and emails) of all summonses, written or verbal warnings, issued, by the Boro Code Enforcement Official, for Boro ordinance violations between the hours of 8:00am Sunday January 19, 2020 and 4:00 pm Tuesday January 21, 2020.
