This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting an electronic log of all summons issued by the Department of Land Use for the calendar year 2020. This data should include the code violation section, date of issue and fine amount.
Please note that electronic records must be provided free of charge as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b.
