Dear Middletown Township,

I am requesting an electronic log of all summons issued by the Department of Building & Inspection for the calendar year 2020. This data should include the code violation section, date of issue and fine amount.
Please note that electronic records must be provided free of charge as per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.b.
