Dear Ms. Leone:

We are in receipt of your June 24, 2021 OPRA request.  Our apologies for
the delay; the request was received during a turnover in personnel. The
lack of response was an oversight, not an intentional refusal to respond.

You have requested  "an electronic log of all summons issued by the
Department of Land Use & Planning for the calendar year 2020. This data
should include the code violation section, date of issue and fine amount.”
 

There is no “electronic log” providing any or all of information you have
requested. The Township can provide you with scanned copies of the paper
summonses issued (there are a total of 4 summonses.) Please advise if you
wish to receive these records and we will forward them to you.  

As to the fines imposed, there are no records within the Township’s
departments; any fines imposed are of record with the Township’s municipal
court which is not considered a public agency under OPRA.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any questions.
