Dear Ocean Township (Monmouth),

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

1. The current job descriptions for all Summer Recreation positions, including but not limited to Camp Coordinator, Camp Supervisor, Camp Counselor, Pool Director, Assistant Pool Director, Lifeguards, Swim Instructors, Bus Drivers, Bus Aides, and any other seasonal summer positions.
2. Any existing salary guides, wage schedules, pay bands, hourly pay rate schedules, salary resolutions, or other records establishing compensation for each Summer Recreation position for each of the past five (5) years. (2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026.)
3. Any existing organizational chart or other document identifying the supervisory structure of the Summer Recreation Program (for both the summer camp, and the township pool.)
4. Any existing policy, resolution, memorandum, guideline, or other record regarding salary placement, starting pay, annual raises, step advancement, or compensation for newly hired and returning Summer Recreation employees.
