Hi all, we are working with the owner of 526 57th St. in WNY, and would like to verify information they have told us. Please see below (I know this is a lot, so I understand if you can’t get me everything):
- please share current rent roll for each unit
- date of rents being registered (he told me he can increase rents every November)
- can you please share the last 3 years of rents for each unit?
- are you able to share what capital improvements and permits have been done at the property in the last few years?
- I understand there is a commercial tenant in place at the property and it is approved by the city. Are there any zoning, permits, approvals, variances you can share so I better understand how the city approved this?
- what is the maximum allowable rent increase ($ or % is fine) for each unit per year?
