Dear Brick Township FD2,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Please provide documentation (reports or case numbers) explaining each activated fire alarm at Ocean Medical Center (Brick Hospital) from 01/01/2020 through 02/20/2021. I need each date and time the hospital's fire alarm went off- and required a response from ANY member of ANY of the Brick Township Fire Departments. Please note the disposition if the alarm was set off by a real fire or smoke incident, or a false alarm (faulty equipment, lack of test mode, etc). Also note which apparatus responded each time an alarm (false or real) went off at Ocean Medical Center at 425 Jack Martin Boulevard in Brick, NJ.
