Successfully SOLD Foreclosure List
Dear Township Tax Collector or whomever this concerns,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
List of properties that have successfully completed foreclosure AND have SUCCESSFULLY SOLD to a 3rd party as a result from January 1st, 2000 - January 1st, 2020. Should include name of Defendant, Location/Address of the Foreclosed property, and Court Case Number. This list should be in EXCEL format. Multiple files may be sent if all leads cannot fit in one document.

The City has received your Request for records under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA). As you know, due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), a health emergency currently exists and all City employees have been ordered to remain at home. Moreover, many other employees who have been classified as essential employees are performing these essential services from their homes through remote access. Due to the current health emergency, you should expect to experience delays, possibly significant delays, in the City being able to respond to your OPRA Request. However, be assured that the City will make an effort to respond as soon as possible.

Thank you for your patience with the City. Attached please find the only
responsive information the City has on file in regards to your request.
The attached information was provided by ProChamps who have also advised
the following: “The City of Camden and PROCHAMPS entered into a
partnership on July 5, 2019. We can only provide registration data from
July 5, 2019, to current. As requested, please see the attached report of
foreclosed properties that have sold in the City of Camden to include the
case number (where it's available)t, the owner name, and the site
address.”
