Dear Ben,

The Toms River Township received a public information request from you on
April 16, 2020. Your request mentioned:

“List of properties that have successfully completed foreclosure AND have
SUCCESSFULLY SOLD to a 3rd party as a result from January 1st, 2000 -

The Toms River Township has reviewed its files and has determined there
are no responsive documents to your request.

No such list in the tax collectors office, foreclosures are filed at the
county clerks office. The tax collector gets an electronic file for owner
name on a timely bases but it doesn't state if the property was sold or
foreclosed on.
