Dear Teaneck School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
-All plans submitted by the Teaneck School District pursuant to Governor Murphy's directive for districts to have a plan for reopening in September 2020 under “The Road Back: Restart and Recovery Plan for Education."
-All amendments to such plans notifying the Governor and State that such plans would not in fact be complied with, each time after the District decided not to open multiple times since September 2020 (including the continued closure in September 2020, November 2020, and January 2021)
-Any documentation notifying the State/Governor of the change in reopening plans and revised plans.
-Any documentation citing to the reasons for not reopening as per the plans previously filed with the Governor/State, including but not limited to email correspondence regarding same.
