6. Emails and correspondence between the Board, Board Attorney, Business Administrator, Superintendent, seller, seller’s attorney, and any title/settlement provider concerning title services, title insurance, settlement, escrow, recording, bids, quotes, proposals, vendor selection, or procurement classification.

Please include records referencing **430 Talmadge Road**, **Birchco Realty LLC**, **Robert J. DiLeo**, and **Title File No. ATHL-NJ-1476**, if applicable.

Please provide the records electronically. If no responsive records exist for bids, quotes, proposals, payment records, or procurement classification, please state that no responsive records exist for those categories.
