Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. (Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act”), for the period 8/1/2020 - 10/9/2024 including data relative to the dates and times of such, the grades associated with such, and indicating whether or not each and every such charge was brought by a parent or by the school administration and the actions taken and resolutions of each; Records reflecting the total number complaints or allegations about assaults or non-consensual physical contact and/or threats to perpetrate violence perpetrated by students at H.W. Mountz for the period 8/1/2020 - 10/9/2024 including data relative to the dates and times of such, the grades associated with such, and the actions taken and resolutions of each.
