Records requested:
1. All Planning/Zoning, Engineering, and Department of Public Works information/reports pertaining to the street/water issue repair project which occurred near the intersection of Revolutionary Road and Revere Dr., adjacent to 712 Revere Dr. (Block: 1422.04 Lot: 3) in March 2019.

2. All bids/proposals from any contractor that requested to perform or did perform the repair work during the street/water issue repair project near the intersection of Revolutionary Road and Revere Dr., adjacent to 712 Revere Dr. (Block: 1422.04 Lot: 3) in March 2019.

3. All communication or documented complaints by residents pertaining to, detailing, or notifying Township Officials about the street/water issue near the intersection of Revolutionary Road and Revere Dr., adjacent to 712 Revere Dr. (Block: 1422.04 Lot: 3) from 2016 until the completion of the street/water issue repair project in March 2019.

4. All work orders initiated by any Township Official to address or investigate/look into the street/water issue near the intersection of Revolutionary Road and Revere Dr., adjacent to 712 Revere Dr. (Block: 1422.04 Lot: 3) from 2016 until completion of the repair project in March 2019.
