Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., I am formally requesting access to the following records related to stormwater management in Mount Laurel Township:

1. A list of all individuals employed by the Township who are involved in any aspect of stormwater management, including their names, job titles, and current salaries.

2. Copies of all contracts, agreements, and associated documents relating to stormwater management maintenance and services conducted by or on behalf of the Township for the past three (3) years.

3. Copies of all invoices, receipts, and payment records tied to stormwater management maintenance for the same three-year period.

Please provide the requested documents in electronic format if available. If any part of this request is unclear or requires clarification, I am happy to provide additional information.

Are you sure that Mount Laurel Township doesn't have anymore of the records requested? It seems odd to claim there are no copies of crucial contracts, agreements, and other important paperwork.
