Stipend documentation
Dear Monmouth Ocean Educational Services Commission,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

The monthly rationale that is provided to the Board at M.O.E.S.C. for the stipends given to the Business Administrator, Mr Christopher Mullins. Provide the information and documentation that is submitted to the BOE at M.O.E.S.C for each month from January 2025 to January 2026.

Please be advised that the Monmouth-Ocean Educational Services Commission
has conducted a search of its records and has determined that no records
responsive to your request exist. Specifically, there are no monthly
rationale documents provided to the Board for stipends for the Business
Administrator for the time period identified.
Accordingly, your request is hereby concluded as there are no responsive
records.

Dear Mr. Wynn,
This email is in response to your follow-up communication regarding your
OPRA request dated February 25, 2026.
To clarify, the employee referenced in your request, Mr. Christopher
Mullins, does not receive any additional earnings, stipend compensation,
or supplemental pay beyond his approved salary. Accordingly, no
documentation, monthly rationale, or Board submissions exist concerning
stipend compensation for the time period of January 2025 through January
2026.
As no responsive records exist, and no additional documentation is
required or maintained, the Commission considers this OPRA request closed.
