Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I am requesting access to and copies of the following government records related to the hiring of Steve Brennan as Business Administrator with the Ocean County Vocational Technical School (OCVTS):

The employment contract, offer letter, or appointment letter for Steve Brennan.

Any Board of Education meeting minutes, agendas, and resolutions in which the hiring or appointment of Steve Brennan was discussed, approved, or ratified.

Any publicly disclosable portions of Steve Brennan’s employment application, resume, or qualifications submitted in connection with his hiring.

Any correspondence (including emails) between Board members, administration, or staff regarding the hiring or appointment of Steve Brennan, limited to the period of December 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.

Any salary guides, compensation packages, or benefit summaries associated with the position at the time of hiring.

Any job posting or public notice for the Business Administrator position filled by Steve Brennan.

If any portion of these records is exempt from disclosure, please provide the non-exempt portions and specify the legal basis for each redaction or denial.
