In response to your request below for "All records pertaining to contracts with Stephen Reid and/or Stephen Reid Associates for Public Affairs work pertaining to the Ocean County Dump, Ocean County Landfill, Ocean County Recycling Center and Ocean County Solid Waste Management," Ocean County has no records of contracts for a vendor "Stephen Reid and/or Stephen Reid Associates."
I should note that Ocean County Dump, Ocean County Landfill and Ocean County Recycling (private business) are all privately owned and not part of County government.
