Anastasia P Winslow

Dear Office of the Governor,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. ALL RECORDS THAT ALLEGEDLY SUPPORT THE STATEMENT IN GOVERNOR MUPRHY'S EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 204, p. 4, that "there have been numerous confirmed outbreaks amongst teams in New Jersey that are believed to be associated with participation in sports activities, including non-contact sports activities such as swimming and gymnastics, with additional investigations pending; . . . .

More specifically, I am interested in documents relating to gymnastics, as alleged.

2. All records in the possession of the Office of the Governor that allegedly support the claim that there is a greater risk of spread of COVID with no contact youth sport of gymnastics as compared with the operation of gyms, schools, bars, restaurants, and other non essential businesses such as nail and hair salons that are allowed to remain in operation.

3. All records considered by Office of the Governor, prior to issuing Executive Order No. 204, relating or referring to the impact of COVID 19 restrictions on youth mental health including youth depression rates and/or youth suicide rates.

Yours faithfully,

Concerned Mother
