6. Average time to compete background investigation - if this is
unavailable, a list of number of days elapsed for individual
applications is sufficient.
7. Any non-privileged communication between police chief/firearms
officer and state officials regarding the change in permit to
carry procedures.

2022, we have determined that a portion of your request seeks
information or asks questions and does not identify specific
