For the post June 23 applications:
1. How many were denied
2. For those denied - time elapsed between submission and denial
3. How many were approved and forwarded to the court/prosecutors office
4. For those approved - time elapsed between submission to approval and submission to superior court
5. Explanation of background check performed- who is contacted and how? What information is requesting and how is it received?
6. Average time to compete background investigation - if this is unavailable, a list of number of days elapsed for individual applications is sufficient.
7. Explanation of background check - who is contacted and how? What information is requesting and how is it received?
8. Any non-privileged communication between police chief/firearms officer and state officials regarding the change in permit to carry procedures.
