Thank for the reply, link and instructions to retrieve the documents. Unfortunately I cannot access them. The system gives me this message:
Invalid username/password or not allowed to sign on from this location.

It is possible that it is not allowing you to access the records because the records were sent to an opra machine inbox. Your username would be the email address that was used to submit the request and you should have received a password through the MoveIt Cloud system. If you would like to provide an alternate email address, I can attempt to send the records to that email address.

The issue is - I cannot login to the NJMOVEIt website with the credentials provided. These are the instructions you included in your response to the request:

It's unclear what the Username should be. I've tried the email address I used for the OPRA request, I've tried OPRA #29002 email, with and without the parentheses - and I even tried your email - all with the provided Password.
I get the same error message regardless of what Username I've tried.

The instructions included in our response are generated by the MoveIt Cloud system. The system uses the email address you provided when submitting your request as the username. The email address we have on file is [OPRA #29002 email]. You may not be able to access the records through MoveIt Cloud if it's sent to the opra machine. As mentioned in my previous email, if you have an alternate email address, I can attempt to send you the records to that email address.

I am well versed on technology and login to several cloud locations on a daily basis. Please focus on the issue that is preventing access to the documents so that we can both get on to important work.
As I previously stated, the email I used for the request - and which I receive all the notifications about the OPRA request is the one I am sending you this email from [email address]

As I previously stated, this is the error message received.

My best educated guess is the MOVEit team mistyped my email address or didn't enter it.
If the only way to rectify this situation is through the use of another email address, use [email address]
