Under New Jersey's public records law, I am requesting an electronic copy of the following public records:

Report(s) on the Highland Park public school district's special education and general education programs and any recommendations regarding special education programs and classification issued by the New Jersey Department of Education between Jan. 1, 2024 and Sept. 23, 2024 including report discussed at the Sept. 23, 2024 Board of Education meeting.

If there are any fees associated with this request, please inform me if the cost will exceed $0. However, I would also like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest. This information is not being sought for commercial purposes.

The New Jersey public records law requires a response no later than seven business days after the request is received.

If you deny any or all of this request, please cite each specific exemption you feel justifies the refusal to release the information and notify me of the appeal procedures available to me under the law.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
