1) Register of payments made between January 1, 2017 and October 31, 2017 to any of the following parties on behalf of the Ocean County Board of Health:
* Robert Nixon, 15 Jefferson Court, Jackson NJ
* Statehouse Strategies, LLC, Trenton NJ OR Jackson, NJ
* Any business, corporate entity that lists Robert Nixon, 15 Jefferson Court, Jackson NJ as an officer or partner.
2) Copies of all active contracts between Ocean County Board of Health and Robert Nixon or Statehouse Strategies, LLC.
3) Copies of Job Descriptions for any positions held by Robert Nixon within the Ocean County Board of Health, including appointed board memberships, committees or commissions.
