This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Copies of all correspondence received by the Lacey Township Building Department and / or the Township of Lacey from the New Jersey State Fire Marshal's Office regarding the need for an 8" water line at South Winds, 362 E. Lacey Road, Forked River from January 1st, 2018 to January 22nd, 2019.

By "correspondence" I mean any written letters, demands, facsimile transmissions or email communications concerning the same.
