As per https://www.nj.gov/education/sff/reports..., In 2002, the Department hired the consultant firm Augenblick, Palaich and Associates (APA) to
assist in estimating the cost of providing an adequate education to the students of New Jersey. Augenblick, Palaich & Associates were hired again in 2010 as per https://www.nj.gov/education/sff/serepor... it is stated "APA replied to the RFQ and
was awarded the contract in September of 2010 to undertake the study. "

I am looking for the RFQs and contracts for each time Augenblick Palaich & Associates were hired both in 2002 and 2010. Additionally, I am also requesting any and all related contractual documents like non-disclosure agreements and/or confidentiality agreements between the State of NJ and Augenblick, Palaich & Associates in execution of said contracts. I am also seeking the statements of work if not included in the contract itself.

Lastly, if Augenblick, Palaich & Associates has made any claims of intellectual property or proprietary software to be used or licensed or leased by the State as specified within any and all contracts, I would like the records for that as well. If there are any copyrights associated with any work that was contracted for, I'd like to see records of the copyright claim.
