Good afternoon Michele,
I have the Building permit plot plan attached to a permit by rule worksheet. The Construction Official at the time also noted permit by rule on his plan review record. I have two surveys. One is the one attached to the permit by rule worksheet, the plot plan. And an as built. Both are too large to scan and must be copied. It will be $6 per copy that you request. Please indicated which, or both, survey that would like copied. Also please indicate method of delivery. You may pick the items up from the Clerk's Office when they are ready. Or if you would like them mailed to you, please provide a large self- addressed stamped envelope to our office. Please advise.
