I was a resident of this property from May 2023 - April 2024 and am involved in civil litigation with my former land lord, the property owner, with trial set for **9/12/2024 at 0900hrs**. I seek to verify that she had a CO filed and obtain a copy, or if no CO was filed, I seek to obtain a record denying the existence of such a certification. The matter is urgent.
