The designated administrative official shall file with the Board of Education prior to the award of contract, the following document: Standard Certification Declaration for an Extraordinary Unspecifiable Service
2. Public Notice Required: A notice of award of contract procured through the EUS process must be published in an official newspaper no later than 20 days after the passage of the board resolution.
