Dear Ms. Larkins,
Due to OPRA Machine masking email addresses, I do not know what email address you put for the MoveIt link.
All it said about the Username in the email you sent to me was this:
Username: [OPRA #57301 email]
So, you need to provide me another Username, one not attached to this random OPRA Machine email address. Please make the Username a random word, and not an email address and let me know the word to use for the Username.

Hello,
We do not have the ability to create usernames for MoveIt Cloud. It uses the email address that was used to submit the request. The OPRA machine that you used created the following email address for you, which is the email address that was used to send you the records through MoveIt cloud.

Please let me know if you have a different email address that can be used to send you the records through MoveIt cloud.

Hi Ms. Larkins,
I see how we solved this problem last year when I requested the previous year's data. You sent me the requested digits, and I was then able to access the MoveIt Folder. Please do the following below again so I can get into the MoveItFolder;
Due to OPRA Machine censoring the email address, I do not know what "Username" (email address) you signed me up for on the MOVEIt account. Can you please send me just the digits (which I have listed as question marks below) that are listed before the AT (@) symbol in the following email address (aka Username):
opra+request-57301-????????@
Once you send me those digits, I can then log-in to MOVEIt and access the files that are waiting for me.
Please send just the digits. If you send the entire email address, it will again be censored by OPRA Machine.

Hi Ms. Larkins,
However you typed it, OPRA still masked your response and turned it into this: "The digits that are listed after the "1-" are [email address]"
In July 2022, you responded to me this way, and it worked: "The 8 digits are 92561861."
If you can try one more time, and type it that way, just the numbers followed by a period: 12345678.

I believe the email extension needs to be added after those numbers.
The email extension is (AT) requests.opramachine.com

Dear Ms. Larkins,
Well, it finally worked that way. However, there seems to be a new step that did not exist last year, mentioning extra verification. It says it has sent a code to the masked email address, which I can't receive. So, the next option is this: If you send me two emails, one with the first file, and one with the second file, would that be under the limit of what you can send in one email at a time? If you split up the two files I asked for, can they be sent and just emailed here, without needing the MoveIt? That's about the only way I can think of it to work.

Actually the verification code did arrive on OPRA Machine, so I was finally able to log in and download the file. So, you can disregard my previous email. Thank you for your assistance. As a reminder, if you ever get requests from OPRA Machine, you need to send that "Username" in a different format as you did with me, or the person won't be able to see what the Username is.
