Dear Washington Borough School District.

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. A copy of the policy enacted that changed health benefits for new hires from 3 years to immediate upon hiring to receive family health coverage. Also include the rate for single vs family benefits
2. How many new positions/titles have been created under Frank Esposito since August of 2023. Include the titles, who obtained the position, job descriptions, salary and what benefit package was chosen and the additional cost of said package.
3. How many special needs/ or behavioral students were placed out of district since Frank Esposito became superintendent.
4. A copy of the arrangement for use of the municipal parking lot and what percent it was increased after Frank Esposito became superintendent.
5. Job description for Salome Gonzalez, what work was performed under her current contract and the basis for the need to award her another $10,000 for her new contact.
6. A list of out of district events (superintendent round tables, conventions etc) that Frank Esposito claimed to attend and any financial compensation paid out to offset expenses incurred.
