In response to your OPRA requests, please be advised that as a result of the Statewide and local emergencies relating to COVID-19, the deadline to respond has been extended past the seven (7) business day requirement. Nevertheless, the Township is in the process of reviewing your various requests and preparing a response. Please be further advised that in addition to the emergency-related delay, the Township requires additional time within which to respond due to the extensive scope or your requests and expects to have a response to you on or before July 22, 2020. Of course, should the Township require additional time past that date, the Township will advise.

Hello,

I’m seeking clarification on your OPRA request to Long Beach Township for
“sprinkler permit” records, January 2013 to June 2020.

Are you looking for lawn irrigation permit records or fire suppression
permit records? Neither of these are entered into our construction

software as sprinklers.
