Dear Spotswood Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

Records requested:
1) Application information submitted by all residents for 100% Spotswood Municipal Real Estate Tax exemptions and refunds for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 under Veterans Administration 100% disability exemption rules.

2) Responses by Spotswood Borough Administration approving 100% Spotswood Municipal Real Estate Tax exemptions and refunds for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 under Veterans Administration 100% disability exemption rules.

3) All documents provided by all parties and the Veterans Administration that confirm 100% disability status.
