Spending of State Code Blue Funds
Dear New Brunswick City,
Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide records sufficient to show all costs associated with the Code Blue program thus far for the 2022-23 winter season, including but not limited to staffing, supplies, and any other operational costs of the program, and the amount that was granted for the Code Blue program in New Brunswick from New Jersey State and/or U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, or any other funding granted from state or federal sources.

City Budget, and they are reimbursed from the Grant at a later point.
