Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Copies of ALL invoices for all fire extinguisher, kitchen fire suppression and fire alarm services from 2020 to present

Attached please find the information that is readily available on your request. Please note that we do not have all the invoices for the fire extinguishers but are sending what we do have.
The request for fire alarm services is not attached. These invoices are part of our alarm service; therefore, they are built into our billing system. Because of this, they would need to be printed, redacted, and scanned. Each month is approximately 4-5 pages and you're requesting 5 years. Because they are not available to send electronically, we will need to charge for reproduction which will be extensive. Please provide the maximum cost authorization and advise of your payment method and how you would like to receive the documents as postage may apply. Please refer to the official OPRA form on our website at www.mltmua.com for reproduction and delivery fees.
I will await your instructions before moving forward with the fire alarm services.
