Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

Due to the voluminous nature of the attached OPRA. There is a special
services charge for searching, copying, scanning and refiling of the
requested documents.
Time: 5 hours at and hourly pay rate of $21.84 and hour. Please advise
if you would like to move forward. The amount would be $109.20
Pursuant to OPRA (C.47:1A-5c & C47:1A-5d), the Borough will apply service
fees for any extraordinary expenditure of time and effort to accommodate a
request. The service fees will be based upon the actual direct cost of
providing the service or extraordinary time. If the requester objects to
the fee, the request is closed and access to the records is not granted.
