Dear Ridgefield School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Copies of ALL invoices for all fire extinguisher, kitchen fire suppression and fire alarm services from 2020 to present

(OPRA) request, which was received by the District on April 3, 2026.
Please be advised that the District was closed for Spring Break from April
3, 2026 through April 12, 2026. As such, in accordance with OPRA, the
seven (7) business day response period began on the next business day the
District reopened, which was April 13, 2026.
Accordingly, the District’s response to your request is due on or before
April 21, 2026.
Your request for copies of all invoices for fire extinguisher, kitchen

currently under review. Should additional time be required to fulfill your
request, or if any clarification is needed, you will be notified.
Records responsive to your request will be provided electronically via
