Dear Old Tappan Public School District,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Dear Mr. Michael,
This email is in response to your OPRA requests dated April 3, 2026
seeking copies of invoices for fire extinguisher, kitchen fire
suppression, and fire alarm services from 2020 to present.
The District maintains vendor payment information within its financial
accounting system. Attached please find a vendor payment history report
showing payments responsive to your request from 2020 to present,
including vendor names, dates, amounts, and descriptions.
Please note that individual invoices for older fiscal years are archived
and are not maintained in a readily accessible format. Retrieval of
archived invoices and review for required redactions may require
significant staff time and may result in a special service charge pursuant
to OPRA. If you wish to obtain copies of individual invoices, please
advise and the District will provide an estimate of the cost and time
required prior to proceeding.
If the attached vendor payment history report satisfies your request,
please confirm.
