Dear Mr. Michael,
This letter is in response to your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request received on April 6, 2026, regarding Copies of ALL
invoices for all fire extinguisher, kitchen fire suppression and
fire alarm services from 2020 to present.
The Borough is currently in the process of reviewing and compiling
records responsive to your request. Due to the need to search for,
review, and, if necessary, redact responsive documents, additional
time is required to complete this process.
Accordingly, the Borough respectfully requests an extension of
time to respond to your request. A response will be provided on or
before April 29, 2026.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure
