Steven Corso, South Brunswick Board of Education

Dear Tony Michael,

Thank you for your OPRA request seeking all fire alarm and fire
extinguisher invoices from 2019 to present. Please be advised the
District does not maintain these invoices in a single consolidated
record. However, individual invoices do exist within our financial
records.

Producing all invoices in as requested would take significant effort
and workload on many people to produce in a single document.
Moreover, the Open Public Records Act does not require a public entity
to create a document that would require more than an insignificant
amount of effort to produce.

With that being said, the district would still like to assist you in
processing your request efficiently, please advise whether you wish to
narrow the request (for example, we can provide you with financial
reports from 2019 to current that would show the amount spent with
each vendor that managed our fire alarms and extinguishers over the
years requested).

Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

Thank you.
