Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. This report is listed as "closed, summons issued".. I am requesting the Municipal Court Special Complaint number associated with this associated with the summons that resulted from this Report A Concern. (i.e.: 0102 SC 2025 00XXXX.)

These two reports are listed as "In Progress". I am requesting all details on these reports to include the original narrative/any attachments submitted by the report maker.

Additionally, Im requesting the identity/which representative from Licensing & Inspections has been assigned the aforementioned RAC items.

Finally, I'm requesting any email correspondence concerning the aforementioned RAC items (RAC-2026-00067, RAC-2025-03333, RAC-2025-03112) via any acnj.gov email address where said email address is the sender or recipient AND the subject matter of that correspondence is either the RAC items lited above, OR the street addresses mentioned above (324 or 325 North Harrisburg) as it relates to quality of life complaints/code violations. The specific email addresses to check would be [email address] or any members of Licensing and Inspections to include Dale Finch.

Dear City Clerk,
In reference to the request for the sequence/summons number of the "summons issued". I'm simply requesting the municipal court summons number of said summons so that I can fill out the appropriate NJ Courts request form. Without a summons number, making the request from NJ Courts would not be possible; without additional information (such as personally identifying information) like defendant, date of birth, etc. This is why Im simply requesting the summons number.
