Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requester including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

For calendar years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and the current year to date, please provide records sufficient to identify all employees Rowan University reported in records or currently reportable in the occupational categories “Librarians, Curators, and Archivists” and “Library Technicians” for reporting to the Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System (IPEDS).

Name
Job title/position (local title and state/union/civil service title if applicable)
Library unit and/or department
Full-time or part-time status

If available in a single report or spreadsheet, I am requesting that document in lieu of separate records.
